No. You can create or claim a listing and manage your restaurant details and menu images for free. Paid promotions are optional.
Submit a request from your restaurant dashboard. Our team will confirm availability and provide payment instructions. Payment is verified manually before approval; this website does not currently collect online payments.
The campaign starts when it is activated or at the scheduled time agreed with the team. You can see the dates in your dashboard. It ends automatically after the booked duration and does not renew automatically.
You can withdraw a pending request from your dashboard. For an approved or paid campaign, contact our team to discuss cancellation and any payment adjustment. Refunds are handled separately and are not automatic.
Only published restaurants with an active owner account can appear in sponsored placements. If your listing becomes unpublished or suspended, the promotion stops displaying. This does not automatically extend its booked period; contact the team to resolve it.
No. Promotions provide visibility on Food Pakistan. They do not guarantee orders, completed calls, or a higher position on Google. Existing restaurant analytics remain available; campaign-specific impression and click reports are not included yet.
